Local Shipping

• Free shipping is offered on orders above $50 SGD. 

• You can expect to receive your parcel within 3 - 5 business days from the date of order placed.

• Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched. 

International Shipping

• You can expect to receive your parcel within 10 - 15 business days from the date of order placed.

• Customs & Import Charge: Import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 
  
  
• Unfortunately, Balanced Studio does not have control over these charges as custom policies and import duties varies differently from country to country. 
  
  
• Please also note that Import Duties, Taxes and Charges (including VAT) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  Kindly check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
